It is official!

Finally, it is official! As of yesterday, I am now self-employed in new started Trevista. And as of today, I have also set office at the perfect location in downtown Gothenburg. I have plenty of reasons to feel really good right now. So good that it almost feels unreal. Professionally, I have had the toughest year of my life. I

What is journalism? Part I: The US Senate

Reading an anthology on the future of journalism by 12 young professionals (“The Future Has Already Been Here”, edited by Petra Janchov Picha). An interesting read on the effects of the financial crisis for media houses, the entrance of social media and such. Will get back with a review on that one, I am sure it will raise a lot

Newspaper uses Twitter and WordPress to survive power outage

Swedish news paper NWT (Nya Wermlands-Tidningen) was hit by a city wide power outage today. All power was out at the paper between 10:20 AM and 1:20 PM, killing for example the website nwt.se. Personally, I wonder if

Or how else should you interpret this quote from her latest tv commercial. “Includes future hit single Did It Again” That’s confidence for you! And who am I to argue with that? I would be surprised not to see it hit the

Ready to launch!

Things are coming together, and within short I hope to make two rather big launches. One is workrelated and the other actually has to do with blogging. The former has been brewing for a while now, and promises to be a dream come through. I am the kind of person, who when positive things happen wants to stand on top

The Nobel Peace Prize goes to… Obama?!

At 11 am today, the Norwegian Nobel Committee announced the winner of the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize. And it was a shocker when they presented Barack Obama as the One. Don’t get me wrong, I like Obama… but winning the peace prize after 9 months as a US president?! Come on, this is just a marketing ploy for the Nobel
